Carbon Steel Wire

We can supply high carbon steel wire and low carbon steel wire, mostly low carbon steel wire.
Carbon steel wire is supplied in electro galvanized steel wire, hot-dipped galvanized steel wire, annealed wire, straightened cut steel wire, black steel wire, carbon steel binding wire, copper coated carbon steel wire, plastic coated carbon steel wire, carbon steel stitching wire, etc.

Introduction of electro galvanized carbon steel wire:
Electro galvanized steel wire, also written as electric galvanized steel wire, or galvanized iron wire, galvanized wire. Electro galvanized steel wire and hot-dipped galvanized steel wire are our most important wire products.

We have two production lines for electro galvanized steel wire currently while two for hot-dipped galvanizing steel wire specially.

Standard sizes for electro galvanized steel wire we produce: wire diameter 5mm to 0.15mm(wire gauge 6# to 38#).

Electro galvanized steel wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, bobbins wire, spool wire, cut wire or tie wire to meet our customers’ different needs.
Electric Galvanized Steel Wire Application:
In making of carbon steel wire mesh and nails, fencing and tie wire in construction.

Carbon Steel Wire: Hot-dipped Galvanized Steel Wire:
galvanized steel wire, also known as hot-dipped zinc plated steel wire, thermal galvanized steel wire, or simply as galvanized steel wire or galvanized wire. Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire and electro galvanized steel wire are our most important wire products. We have two production lines for hot-dipped zinc plating of carbon steel wire.

Standard sizes for hot-dipped galvanized steel wire we produce: wire diameter 5mm to 0.15mm(wire gauge 6# to 38#).

Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire features: Compared with electro galvanized steel wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire offers much better corrosion resistance and flexibility.

Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, bobbins wire, spool wire, cut wire or tie wire to meet our customers’ different needs, mainly used in construction, fencing and binding.

Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire is mainly used in making of wire mesh, fencing and construction

Carbon Steel Annealed Wire:
We can supply black annealed wire and bright annealed wire made of carbon steel materials. Carbon steel annealed wire is mainly used for making of iron nails, fencing wire, cut wire or woven of wire mesh.

Plain Carbon Steel Wire:
Also written as black iron wire. We can supply plain carbon steel wire oil tampered. Black iron wire is mostly used in construction or as binding materials. It is more economic compared with annealed wire.

Carbon steel straightened Cut Wire:
We can process carbon steel wire in various lengths for customers.

U Type Wire:
Carbon steel wire can be processed into U type binding wire.

Plastic Coated Carbon Steel Wire:
With choice carbon steel wire as material, we offer good quality PVC coated iron wire for worldwide customers. PVC coated carbon steel wire offers excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging property and longer service life compared with common galvanized iron wire. Different colors available for customers’ choice is another benefit of PVC coated wire.

Carbon steel wire can be used in weaving of iron wire mesh products including galvanized welded iron wire mesh, galvanized square woven wire mesh, black iron wire mesh, crimped carbon steel wire, etc.
